LCD Video Wall Malaysia

LCD Video Wall

LCD Video Walls have an integrated control system, giving perfect HD quality pictures, multi-screen capabilities, signal-centralised network control, and much more. Users can experience the actual video wall experience.

An LCD video wall is built from commercial LCD panels tiled together and driven from a single controller, so a 2×2 or 3×3 array behaves as one large display. Each panel has a narrow bezel, which means fine lines remain visible between them. That is the trade-off, and for control rooms, receptions and retail it is usually a trade worth making: an LCD video wall costs substantially less than a seamless LED wall of the same size.

We supply, install and support LCD video walls throughout Malaysia.

Display Functions

A video wall controller lets one array behave in several ways: a single image spanning every panel, independent content on each panel, a window roaming across the wall, or a picture-in-picture overlay. Our LCD Video Wall delivers high-resolution visuals, seamless transitions, and consistent colour accuracy for dynamic presentations and monitoring.

Installation

Our LCD video wall is designed for easy installation. The modular design enables fast setup and precise alignment.
Its slim profile and flexible mounting options ensure a seamless fit in any space.

Wall Mount (A)

Panels fix directly to the wall on a slim bracket system. The lowest-profile option and the standard choice where the wall can take the load and rear access is not required.

Cabinet Type (B)

Panels mount into a freestanding cabinet, so the wall itself carries no load. Suits partition walls, glass and heritage interiors where fixing into the structure is not possible.

Floor Stand Type (C)

A freestanding frame that can be repositioned. Useful for temporary installations, showrooms and leased premises where nothing may be fixed permanently.

Hydraulic Front Maintenance (D)

A hydraulic mount that swings each panel forward for servicing from the front. This is the option that matters most in control rooms, where the wall sits flush against a structure with no rear access. Without front maintenance, a failed panel in a recessed wall can mean dismantling the array.

Curve Installation (E)

Panels mounted on a curved plane, concave or convex, for feature walls in receptions, showrooms and retail.

LCD Video Wall or Fine Pitch LED?

We supply both, so here is the honest comparison rather than a sales pitch for whichever we would rather sell.

LCD Video Wall Fine Pitch LED
Seams Narrow bezel visible between panels None, seamless surface
Size Fixed panel sizes, tiled in a grid Any size and shape
Cost Lower Higher
Brightness Standard Higher
Best Viewing Distance 2m and beyond Scales down to about 1.2m with P1.2
Serviceability Panel-level replacement Module-level replacement
Best For Control rooms, receptions, retail, budget-led projects Feature walls, premium lobbies, broadcast, close viewing

Choose LCD when the bezel lines do not matter, when the wall is a rectangular grid, and when budget is the deciding factor. Control rooms are the classic case: operators are reading data, not admiring a seamless image, and the cost difference funds more screens.

Choose fine pitch LED when people will stand close to it, when the wall is a feature rather than a tool, or when the shape is anything other than a plain rectangle. [See our indoor LED screens →], available from P1.2.

If you are not sure, tell us the room and the budget and we will say which one we would install, including when that is the cheaper one.

Why Choose Us as Your
Video Wall Supplier in Malaysia

We are a video wall supplier in Malaysia covering the whole country, including Sabah and Sarawak, and we install and service what we sell rather than passing you to a third party.

The site consultation before you buy is free. On a video wall it is genuinely useful, because the two things that go wrong are structural (a wall that cannot carry the array) and access (a recessed installation with no way to service a failed panel). Both are decided before anything is ordered, and both are cheaper to solve on paper than after installation. Every installation carries a two-year warranty with a response within 24 hours.

Frequently Asked Question About LCD Video Wall

What is the difference between an LCD video wall and an LED video wall?

An LCD video wall is built from separate LCD panels, each with a narrow bezel, so thin lines remain visible between them. An LED video wall is built from LED modules that tile into one seamless surface with no lines at all. LCD costs less and suits control rooms and receptions. LED costs more and suits feature walls and close viewing.

What bezel width should I look for?

Bezel is measured as the combined gap between two adjoining panels, so a 3.5mm bezel produces a 3.5mm line across the wall. Smaller is better and more expensive. In a control room, where operators read data rather than view images, a wider bezel is usually acceptable. In a reception feature wall it is the first thing anyone notices.

What size video wall can I build?

LCD video walls are built in grids, most commonly 2×2, 3×3 or larger. The practical limits are the structure, the controller’s capacity and the viewing distance.

Can a video wall run 24/7?

Commercial video wall panels are built for continuous operation, unlike consumer televisions which are rated for a few hours a day. This matters in control rooms and transport hubs where the wall never switches off.

How is a failed panel replaced?

On a wall-mounted installation with rear access, from behind. Where the wall is recessed or flush against a structure, hydraulic front maintenance mounts swing each panel forward so it can be serviced from the front. Deciding this at the survey stage rather than after installation is the difference between a ten-minute swap and dismantling the array.

Do you supply video walls outside Kuala Lumpur?

Yes. We supply and install throughout Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak.
