LED Display for Events
Renting an LED display for events is a different exercise from buying one. There is a fixed date, a venue with a load-in window, a stage plan someone else drew, and no second chance if the screen is the wrong size. This page covers what to specify and when to book. Sizing the Screen to Your Audience
Size to the furthest viewer, not to the stage. As a working rule, the minimum comfortable viewing distance in metres is roughly the pixel pitch in millimetres, and the optimal distance is two to three times that.
Indoor Events
A hotel ballroom for 300 guests usually takes a backdrop of around 6m × 3m. A 1,000-guest hall generally needs 8m to 10m wide, or a main screen plus side screens so the back tables can see. Outdoor events
Outdoor screens need weather-rated panels and much higher brightness to remain readable in daylight. Wind loading also becomes a structural question rather than a formality, and a screen above a certain size on a ground stack needs ballast or a rigged structure. [View Outdoor LED Screen]

The most common mistake is over-specifying pitch. At a concert where the nearest audience member stands eight metres from the stage, a P2.5 screen costs considerably more than a P3.91 and looks identical from every seat in the room.
Stage Configurations
We work from your stage plan and tell you what will physically fit before anything is confirmed.
Main Backdrop
The screen sits behind the stage as the primary surface. Most common for corporate events, weddings and conferences.
Side Screens
Additional screens flanking the stage so the back and sides of the room can see a presenter or a camera feed. Standard above roughly 500 guests.
Header and Wings
Narrow strips above or beside the main screen for branding, sponsor logos or a running programme. Usually the cheapest way to add sponsor value to an event.
